Selection process
Online registration at: www.joinpaf.gov.pk
Intelligence test followed by an academic test on a given subject through an electronic test (English), (physics) or other relevant subjects.
Initial medical examination and interview at the 1&S centre.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called to ISSB.
Trial interview at ISSB Kohat/Gujranwala / Malir / Quetta. Final medical examination at CMB, Lahore. Flight Aptitude Test (FAT) for GD (P) candidates only.
Interview with AHQ Special Selection Committee for CSC candidates only Final selection by AHQ in order of merit.
Join PAF After Matric
Men and women can get a job in the Pakistan Air Force after the bachelor's degree in any of the following occupations if they pass the tests and are selected on merit

Education Instructor
Aerotrades
Air Support
Ground Combatant (GC)
Aero-Technician

Join the PAF after completing the ICS/F.Sc/F.A degree for women and men in 2022.
Candidates can apply for jobs in PAF after intermediate level, i.e. F.Sc/F.A/I.Cs/I.Com, after the announcement of their full results or on the basis of their first year results through a certificate of hope (issued by the head teacher).
PAF offers a permanent commission after 12 years of study at school and college.
